IT Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist with strong proficiency in English and French to join our team at Beam. The IT Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record of identifying and recruiting top talent.


  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct in-person interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage the hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities
  • Attend job fairs and industry events to build relationships with potential candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data in the applicant tracking system


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, ITSM you and IT project management
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit top IT talent
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including technical skills and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
  • Work permit for Luxembourg
