We are looking for a skilled Nutanix Systems Engineer to join our team and help our customers implement Nutanix solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in designing, implementing, and managing Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the implementation process.
- Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability for customers.
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations for customers.
- Assist customers in managing and maintaining backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Document procedures, configurations, and technical drawings for customers.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking and storage technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Certifications in Nutanix (e.g., NCP, NCAP) are a plus.
