We are seeking a talented Windows System Engineer with solid Exchange and Active Directory experience to join our client’s team in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have experience with designing, implementing, and supporting Windows Server operating systems, Exchange Server, and Active Directory in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support Windows Server operating systems, Exchange Server, and Active Directory in a production environment
- Maintain and support email infrastructure and services
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Exchange and Active Directory-related issues
- Design and implement security and access control policies
- Monitor server performance and ensure systems are running optimally
- Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures
- Utilize MSSQL experience to perform minor maintenance and support tasks
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Windows Exchange and Active Directory System Specialist role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Exchange Server, and Active Directory
- Experience with MSSQL and ability to perform minor maintenance and support tasks
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to be on-call and work outside of regular business hours as needed
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French or German is an advantage
