We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Developer to join our team at Beam. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English and French speaker with a strong background in sales and business development in the IT industry. They should also have a solid network in Luxembourg, be strongly connected with major local IT leaders, and have a passion for digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and revenue streams
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with key decision-makers, including major local IT leaders
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and promote our services and solutions
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development in the IT industry
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including DevOps, infrastructure, cloud and related technologies
- Proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Solid network in Luxembourg
- Strong connections with major local IT leaders
